    We are now accepting applications for the following positions:

    Energy Air is seeking an experienced sheet metal installer to begin work immediately with our commercial team.

    – Must have own tools necessary to perform mechanical tasks.
    – Able to work in facilities that require background checks and drug testing.
    – Minimum 2-years commercial install experience.
    – Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

    Energy Air is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to work as a foreman within our commercial team.

    – Must have own tools necessary to perform foreman tasks.
    – Clean driving record.
    – Able to work in facilities that require background checks and drug testing.
    – Minimum 5-7 years commercial install experience.
    – Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

    Job Duties:
    – Troubleshoot, service, repair, maintain, and commission air conditioning and heating systems in residential homes up to 5 tons for billable and warranty customers.
    – Educate customers about their air conditioning and heating system.
    – Offer product and service solutions to customers in order to provide the best indoor comfort for their home, lifestyle, and budget.
    – Process invoices for each job on tablet devices.
    – Collect and handle payments for each job.
    – Maintain parts and supplies inventory on the company vehicle.
    – Maintain company vehicle by reporting mechanical issues, having the fluids changed, and washing on a regular basis.
    – Follow company policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications:
    – High-school diploma or equivalent
    – Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in the air conditioning and heating industry.
    – NATE certification preferred
    – Fluent in English
    – Strong customer service skills
    – Own basic technician hand tools and meters
    – EPA Certification
    – Clean Valid Florida Driver’s License
    – NATE and other industry certifications are a plus.

    We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills who can work with minimal supervision.

    – Must have a minimum of five years experience in the service of residential heating and cooling equipment. Knowledge of residential split systems, air-to-air heat pumps, water for all air heat pumps, gas furnaces, residential controls as well as zoning.
    – Duties will include service, maintenance, startups and rotation on the after hours on-call schedule.
    – Candidates are required to have EPA Certification, a valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. NATE and other industry certifications are a plus.
    – Proficiency in completing paperwork is a must
    – Applicants are required to have their own standard technician tools

    Make up to $70,000 a year as a rough and trim mechanic with our performance-based pay program! Our performance-based pay scale is among the best in the industry.

    We currently have numerous immediate openings for experienced HVAC installers. Hiring incentives available depending on your experience. All applicants must have at least 4 years’ experience in construction installing duct and equipment in residential new construction homes in order to be considered.

    We currently have two positions open, one to service the Orlando/Eastern Central Florida area, and one to service the Tampa to Kissimmee/I-4 corridor, based at our Plant City office.

    – Five years minimum experience required in the service of commercial heating and cooling equipment.
    – Knowledge of rooftop units, VAV systems, water source heat pumps, split systems, cooling towers, computer room cooling equipment (CRAC), Pneumatic and DDC Controls a plus.
    – Candidates are required to have EPA Certification and must pass a background check and drug screening.

    We are looking for a highly motivated and organized person wanting to help grow the residential service division of our company. The right candidate will possess the skills and attitude towards positive results, working to help make a difference for the company as well as themselves.

    Strong computer and phone skills are necessary with a minimum of four years inside sales and/or phone customer service experience, as well as two years general office experience. Prior AC experience preferred. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required. An ideal candidate is a self-starter and able to work independently as well as with a team to meet critical deadlines and sales/appointment goals.

    Applicants without the minimum experience will not be considered.

    We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee residential new construction communities. Previous project management experience is required for consideration.

    All applicants must be able to manage all aspects of HVAC installation from beginning to end, must be able to read and understand plans and communicate field changes with the proper personnel. The person selected must be extremely organized and be able to establish a professional relationship and communicate well with field staff, contractors, and their representatives. The person selected will also be responsible for maintaining plans, materials and job costs on all communities assigned while maintaining a busy schedule.
