Rollins College Lakeside Dorms
Energy Air, Inc. (EAI) was contracted by Winter Park Construction to to provide a complete HVAC system for the new Rollins College Lakeside Dormitories. Energy Air provided and installed two 750-ton water cooled chillers for the Central Energy Plant. These chillers will take over as primary control for the campuses chilled water supply. This will allow Rollin’s current chilled water plant to be used as supplemental or a second stage of cooling.
Ringling College of Art and Design Student Housing
Energy Air, Inc. (EAI) is honored to have been selected by Willis A. Smith to complete the HVAC system for the 75,000 sq ft student housing building. Energy Air was able to maintain the tight schedule and budget while facing the many challenges that covid presented. The overall scope of work required pressure testing all duct systems.
Citi Tower
We were contracted to complete the HVAC scope on Citi Tower, a multi-use high rise located in the heart of Downtown Orlando. This 494,000 square foot complex has 233 units, a 345-space integrated parking structure and over 9,000 feet of retail space. The project has quickly made a large economic impact on the downtown marketplace.
