  • Construction Starts at Replacement Building for State College of Florida


    The Energy Air team recently started construction of the HVAC system for the replacement of Building 9 at State College of Florida in Bradenton. Our mechanical scope of work includes the installation of two new chilled water air handlers and associated piping and one DX split system. The 16,100 square foot space comprises 153 tons of cooling. Construction is anticipated to be complete in June 2014. The contractor for the project is Gates, Inc.
