April 15, 2013 energyair Share this post Mike Amador, senior foreman with Energy Air’s commercial HVAC division, recently returned from a week-long mission trip to Haiti. With support from his fellow co-workers, Mike, his wife, Jessica, and four of their five children were able to make the trip with their church’s youth group. They visited an orphanage where most of the children, who were between the ages of four and 12, had lost their parents in the 2012 earthquake that devastated the nation. The Amadors were able to fix and paint run-down buildings, feed the children and provide them with clothing and shoes, and bring smiles to the faces of children who really needed it. Overall, the entire family was extremely grateful for the experience. “I am truly humbled and give thanks to each and every one of you who so generously donated in helping my family go on our mission trip to Haiti. It was not only life-changing for those we went and supported, it was life-changing for me, for my wife and for our children,” said Mike.
