    We are currently seeking Project Managers to manage commercial HVAC system installation for our Orlando and Tampa offices for central Florida, Brandon, Tampa and St. Pete-area projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing field personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and cost-effective installation of HVAC systems.

    Specific responsibilities include: 

    • Set up initial job schedule; regular management of manpower and long-term manpower projections
    • Preparation of submittals and shop drawings
    • Prepare material lists for shop fabrication and vendors; order misc. materials required for installation of HVAC system.
    • Purchasing of bought items
    • Complete purchase orders and subcontracts; file in pending submittal book pending approval
    • Brief foreman on project and communicate job progress and needs daily. Communicate weekly on individual performance of men.
    • Visit job on a weekly basis
    • Supervises Safety / HAZCOM programs and quality
    • Attend project meetings, as required
    • Maintain plans, files and cut lists.
    • Correspondence with general contractor and pricing for change orders, as required
    • Job close-out (operation and maintenance manuals / as-builts / test & balance)



    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trade. High School education or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of ductwork, air distribution and equipment installation. Ability to work without supervision. Good written and communication skills. An experienced Field Superintendent with the drive and motivation to develop into a new role may be considered.

    Work Environment:

    Physical activities of standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and lifting weight of 20 lbs or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, pulling and material handling required in daily performance of job. Use of torso and lower extremities required for kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting and squatting.
