October 02, 2013 energyair Share this post The Energy Air team recently wrapped up construction of the HVAC system for the newest phase of Orlando Premium Outlets. The scope included installation of the HVAC system for five new retail buildings dubbed The Promenade, totaling nearly 110,000 square feet. Anchored by the first two-story Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, the third phase of this outlet mall includes an expanded information center and space for 12 new stores, which currently include Forever 21, Gap and Tommy Bahama outlets just to name a few. The mechanical system includes more than 363 tons of cooling with 36 DX rooftop units, six mini split systems, exhaust fans, air distribution and associated piping. The schedule for completing mechanical system installation, valued at approximately $1 million, was eight months. DPR Construction was the general contractor for the project.
