April 08, 2013 energyair Share this post After three and a half years of construction, the Energy Air team is wrapping up the last of our work at the Orlando Health Medical Office Building off of Orange Avenue and Columbia Street in Orlando. We were contracted with Jack Jennings & Sons Construction Services in 2009 to complete the design-build HVAC scope of work for the 150,000 square foot, five-story building shell comprised of physician offices, ancillary and outpatient services and retail space. The 750-ton chilled water system includes four roof-mounted air-cooled chillers. Since then, as the building gained new tenants and became fully occupied, we have completed more than $3 million worth of design-build work. This work includes multiple tenant build-outs working with the construction team of Capital Development Group, including the First Floor Imaging Suite with independent chillers installed for the MRI.
