HVAC Construction Complete at Tampa Apartment Community

Construction is complete at the new SkyHouse Channelside apartments in Tampa, Fla. The 23-story, 320-unit, high-rise apartment community includes a 680-ton mechanical system with four rooftop units, six core split systems, four mini splits, a smoke evacuation system, exhaust fans, heaters, air purification and standalone controls. Energy Air completed the approximate $2.5 million HVAC installation for the new 369,500-square-foot building with Batson-Cook Construction. Energy Air’s Orlando office installed the HVAC system for the SkyHouse Orlando apartment building located in the heart of downtown Orlando, which wrapped up in late 2013.
